HOTEL COSTES 11 PROMO TOUR WITH
STEPHAN POMPOUGNAC (FRANCE)
When you mention Stéphane Pompougnac’s carrier, you will necessarily refer to Hôtel Costes. The two names have become inextricably linked, as customers of the hotel, from the whole world, have identified this place with the compilations bearing the same name. Stéphane Pompougnac has built the musical history of this magical place that is known for its sophistication and its secrecy. For this 11th volume, Stéphane Pompougnac gives us a tremendous flower arrangement, while continuing the tradition of the Hôtel Costes series. This acoustic and international mix takes us on a journey from Italy to Brazil without overlooking US and UK sounds. After ten years, Hôtel Costes remains and will still remain the must reference for style.

James Lavelle (UK)
Described once as the Hunter S. Thompson of DJs, James Lavelle’s career has spanned last 18 years. At 32, he remains as individual figure in contemporary music as he was as a teenager, when he first gate-crashed his way in with the genre-shattering MoWax records. Back then he was obsessed with early street culture, DJing with Gilles Peterson at That’s How It Is (the legendary club which lasted over 10 years), working with the visionary designer Nigo on Bathing Ape, and launching a label in MoWax. Now he divides time between his internationally-renowned DJ career, his UNKLE act with singer/ producer Richard File, and a brand new independent set-up: Surrender-All, which combines music, fashion and art.

Chus & Ceballos (SPAIN)
Hailing from Spain, this dynamic duo has effortlessly carved out a secure slot amongst the elite with numerous slices of picture perfect modern House on their very own imprint STEREO PRODUCTIONS. Famous for their trademark Iberican sound, a delicious blend of hypnotizing, warm, inviting tribal soundscapes laced with a brilliant use of modern tech elements, they’ve figured out the formula that easily satisfies every punter within the clubbing collective. In a time when dark, brooding tunes threatened to rule the scene, Chus & Ceballos vision was, and continues to be a much welcomed breath of fresh air.
