I was there last week for the xmas countdown - a 1st visit to party after many many months of 'hybernation' :p
There wasn't much 'action' going round that night but I liked the atmosphere & ambiance. It's quite a good spot to chill out (small gatherings where you could chat) good music at a decent sound level until later the night when it's time to stop chatting & let your hair down!
No complaints on the serving staffs who are relatively polite & helpful. Drinks are normal but good finger food! However, the price is yet another issue...hmmm...
Well, nonetheless, it's definitely worth a visit & i'll be back again for the nye countdown ;)

There is not much to commend this place on besides the view. The decor is quite hideous, and one gets the feeling that the place lacks energy. Of course, it could very well be a comfortable and familiar spot for the many expats and the office crowd who do not mind the muzak.

theres this really cool bar, centre of town and right on top of the Suiss Hotel called the New Asia Bar. a really funky place.

This club is cool if you like the ang-moh crowd. I went on Wednesday and it was quite happening. The music that the DJ plays is more to the pop sounds and oldies. The crowd is mostly expats, around their 30s. You'd hardly get asians there. It's a seriously cool place to hang out when you want a couple of drinks, with good food and good company. THe ambience is sooo relaxing, and the staff? Kudos to them. They're the most polite staff I have ever met in all my years of clubbing.
