AZZUCAR! means "sugar" in Spanish. Occasionally, it is used as an exclamation or to express the sweetness of a woman. Hence, the resident live Cuban band which belts out Latin music and popular English contemporary tunes (re-arranged to heavy Latin beats), consists mainly of female with 5 exotic ladies and just 1 guy.
